THE DETAILS
Tungsten carbide sits at 9 on the Mohs hardness scale — one below diamond. The black PVD finish is bonded at a molecular level, not plated on top. The green carbon fibre inlay is sealed into the band, protected by the same coating process. A vivid green carbon fibre band runs through the centre of a black tungsten ring. It catches the light differently depending on the angle — a clean, modern detail that sets this ring apart from a plain band. The black finish is applied with PVD coating — a vapour deposition process that bonds colour at a molecular level rather than plating it on top. The same process used on luxury watches.
