THE DETAILS
Tungsten carbide sits at 9 on the Mohs hardness scale — one below diamond. The brushed silver surface and blue interior are bonded with PVD coating at a molecular level, not plated on top. Anita Scrivens: “Stylish and durable.”

Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest materials used in jewellery — 9 on the Mohs scale, one step below diamond. It won’t scratch from everyday contact, won’t bend under pressure, and won’t tarnish from moisture or skin.
The silver and blue finishes are applied with PVD coating — a vapour deposition process that bonds colour at a molecular level rather than plating it on top. This is the same process used on luxury watches. It won’t peel, fade, or react with skin.
